When you call a number on our website, we route your call — including your Caller ID and related call data — to the independent repair contractors and home-services networks we work with so a technician can help you. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar state privacy laws, this routing of call data to our partners may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.
We do not sell your personal information to unaffiliated data brokers.
How to Opt Out
To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, email us at support@vertexleads.ai with the subject line "Do Not Sell My Info". Please include the phone number you called from (if any) so we can locate the associated records. We will honor verified requests within the timeframes required by applicable law.
Note that opting out may limit our ability to connect you with a repair professional, since routing your call to a local contractor is the core function of the service.
